22 men came out on a warm Florida morning to put the burpee challenge month to bed. For a few of these men, it was the 31st day in a row completing 100 burpees a day.

Warmup:

A brief mosey around the tennis courts to the field of pain. The following exercises were done in cadence:

  • 10 Tempo Squats
  • 10 Windmills
  • 10 Frakensteins
  • 10 Tappity Tap Tap

The Thang:

100 Burpees in a row!

After that fun, the following was done:

  • Four rounds of the following
    • Mosey across the field and back
    • 10 Squats
    • 10 Merkins
    • 10 BBS
    • 10 Star Jumps

Once completed, PAX moved to:

  • Four rounds of following
    • 10 Knees over toes lunges (hw)
    • 10 Hand release merkins
    • 10 Bobby Hurleys
    • 10 Kneel-to-stands
    • 10 rowers

PAX who finished early went back to the first round. Once time was near, a mosey back to the flag followed by a plank till the 6 was in, right at 6:15
