For Florida standards, it was cold today. 38 degrees and windy, but thanks to Sky Q no rain. 7 HIM posted for a beatdown in the cold, windy gloom. Few fartsackers stayed back, but they sure will be back out soon. It is New Year after all and it’s time...

YHC was heading out today in the AM to get ready to Q. Wearing all black in the gloom with F3 logo on the chest, shovel flag in hand, gloves in the other. Next thing I know a police car pulls up behind me with his lights off, as I am putting the shovel in to my trunk....

@spongebob on Q. Weather was just right this AM. Time for some 5k running. The Thang went like this, Q had a goal of achieving 3.1 mph average this morning, ended up doing 3.5 miles and still had a couple minutes of Mary to cool down… Started with a Mosey right...
